Hawkins\Brown is hiring a Senior Interior Designer to join its London studio.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Interior Designer to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality interior design projects. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing defined project packages and contributing to design leadership, while continuing to develop their professional growth within a supportive studio environment.
You will work closely with Associates and Project Directors across a range of exciting projects, including workplaces, higher education environments and residential developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead defined project packages and contribute to the overall project delivery under the guidance of senior project leadership
- Develop design concepts through all project stages, from concept to technical delivery
- Produce and coordinate design information, including layouts, specifications, schedules and presentations
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and wider project teams
- Engage with clients and contribute to presentations and design discussions
- Support and guide junior team members in their day-to-day project work
- Contribute to material research and the integration of sustainable design strategies
- Ensure work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with project objectives
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong interior design experience across multiple project stages
- Experience working on workplace, education, civic or residential projects preferred
- Confident in developing and coordinating design packages
- Strong design, technical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
- Motivated to grow professionally within a design-led studio environment
